This exterior was very challenging to prep. The house has heavy exposure to sun and weather and it had not been painted in 20+ years. We spent a huge amount of time scraping and sanding the house. We used a Peel Stop primer as well as elastomeric caulking to get the surface sound for paint. We top coated the house with a premium paint.
